Our AI-powered chatbot service offers a user-friendly interface that enables you to personalize your chatbot to better align with your brand and user needs. Below, we provide a brief overview of the key customization features available on our platform.

Interface Customization

Title and Subtitle

Set the name of your chatbot and a brief description that will be displayed at the top of the chat window.

Initial Messages

These are the messages that your chatbot will display as soon as a user opens the chat window. You can set up to three initial messages to greet your users and guide them on how to interact with the chatbot.

Suggested Messages

Define up to five suggested messages that will appear as quick replies for the user to select. These can help steer the conversation and provide a smoother experience.

Color Theme

Choose between a Light, Dark, or System default theme to match the overall look and feel of your website or app.

Primary Color

Select a primary color that complements your brand identity. This color will be used for the chatbot's header, footer, and other accent elements.

Chatbot Avatar

Upload an image to serve as the chatbot's avatar. This visual representation can help make the chatbot more engaging and personable.

Chat Bubble Button

Customize the chat bubble that users will click on to open the chat window.

• Icon: Upload a custom icon for the chat bubble.

• Horizontal Position: Choose whether the chat bubble will appear on the left or right side of the screen.

• Background: Select a background color for the chat bubble.

Submit

Once you have finished customizing your chatbot, click 'Submit' to save your settings and apply them to the chat interface.
