What counts as one chatbot?

One chatbot means a chatbot that contains specific data and can answer any question about this data. Even if it was created using multiple documents.

Does it work with languages other than English?

Yes, our platform supports around 95 languages. You can train your chatbot in any language, and your users can interact with it in any language.

How do I know how many characters are in my document?

Once you upload your document(s), chatbot will show you the character count of all the documents.

Can I automatically update my chatbot sources?

Yes you can enable scheduled source updates for dynamic sources like URLs, Websites, and Sitemaps. Depending on your plan you can do this monthly, weekly, or daily. You can also manually refresh your sources at any time on all plans.

Is my private uploaded data being used to train Open AI?

No, it is not. We connect to Open AI via it's API service, and as such, your data is not being used to train the Large Language Model. Read more about it here.

What happens if I run out of message credits?

Don't worry, you can easily buy more credits to add to your account. Just go to 'Billing' page and purchase however many you need. If you don't want to add more, your ChatBot will start collecting their name, email, and message from your users so you don't miss any potential sales.

When does my monthly quota reset?

The monthly quota for your account will automatically reset on the first day of each calendar month, irrespective of your subscription date. For instance, if you subscribe in mid-January, your credits will be renewed on February 1st.

What happens if I downgrade my subscription?

All unused credits will not carry over when you downgrade your subscription. It's best to use your remaining credits before downgrading, or apply the downgrade on or before the 1st of the following month to coincide with the monthly credit reset.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely! We understand that circumstances can change. While our AI Chatbot is designed to save you both time and money, which our customers often appreciate, you retain the flexibility to cancel your subscription whenever the need arises.

Can I get a refund for a service?

Refunds are generally not issued unless the service does not perform as advertised. This is due to the ongoing costs associated with providing chatbot services.
