We adhere to a no-refund policy unless the product doesn't perform as promised. Should an issue arise, please contact our support team at Botgenuity Support. We are committed to resolving any problems, and refunds will only be considered if a resolution cannot be achieved.
3. Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
- The product fails to operate as advertised, and
- Our support team has been given a fair chance to rectify the issue.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Post this timeframe, refund requests will not be entertained.

5. Refund Process and Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, influenced by your payment provider and Stripe, our payment processor.
6. No Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for any remaining subscription period. Cancelling mid-subscription will retain your service access until the end of the billing cycle, without partial refunds.
7. Chargebacks
Customers are expected to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Failure to do so may lead to loss of potential refund eligibility.

Botgenuity.com reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page, and continued service use implies acceptance of the amended terms.
